At Sohmaz, our priority is to ensure that your appointment is as comfortable and safe as possible. Florida legislature requires compliance with legal amendments which became effective on July 1, 2024 to enhance the regulation of the health and wellness industry. Read more about this here. To this end, please read and agree to the following policies before booking your appointment. By clicking the 'I Agree' button below means you agree to the terms and policies mentioned herein.
Clients
Any individual or member of the public who experiences pain and discomfort in their body due to physical injury or illness, stress, swelling and fatigue experienced in areas of the body, excluding genitalia, who books and attends an appointment, and abides by the terms and policies mentioned herein, is considered a client.
Membership
A client who wants to experience complimentary services as part of an all-inclusive package can sign up for membership in the Sohmaz Gold Club. As a gold club member, you have exclusive access to a buffet of premium therapeutic services, at every appointment, at one upfront membership rate. Imagine booking a vacation at an all-inclusive luxury hotel. Then, visualize that ambience and service in your private suite. The all-inclusive service component can only be activated with gold club membership. All-inclusive service includes a therapeutic body massage that may be paired with a facial, cranial massage, lymphatic stimulation, foot mask and reflexology, as well as optional refreshment/healthy snacks. The massage service may be alternated with a Body BA60 facial, body wax exfoliation or body wrap treatment. There is no add-on or up-charge after annual membership fees are paid prior to the appointment. Clients may tip the therapist freely before or after the service. By joining the Sohmaz membership club, clients agree to receive email and text updates and notifications re special offers, rewards, appointment and payment reminders and confirmations, and any other information associated with membership.
Minors
Children may receive wellness services only in the presence of a parent or legal guardian. New parents can learn to give infant massage to their baby under the guidance of the therapist. If a parent wishes to book a massage, facial, or spa session for their child(ren) the parent should sign a permission form, and plan to be present at all times, in the same room, during the service. That is a legal requirement.
Services
Sohmaz is an all-inclusive lifestyle brand that offers wellness solutions for all body and skin types. We specialize in helping our clients manage pain and tension caused by stress, illness, injury, surgery, posture challenges, developmental issues and lifestyle choices. These services include: skin treatments (facial and body wrap), foot detox (offered with gold membership plan), body waxing (except brows, "brozilian" and Brazilian), manual lymphatic drainage, massage services, aromatherapy, hydrotherapy (thermotherapy and cryotherapy), and purcussive therapy. Sohmaz also offers wellness coaching and a mobile service in conjunction with POP-UP SPA LLC, and other contracted providers, for corporate wellness programs and community events. All services may be booked at sohmaz.com. Please note that Sohmaz does not offer services that expose or treat genitalia.
Booking Appointments
Appointments may be scheduled on the website - sohmaz.com. To access the best that Sohmaz has to offer, our clients enroll in a membership plan that is suitable for their needs and wellness goals. Choose gold, silver or bronze. Details about membership are available at sohmaz.com.
Payments
Clients are required to make a deposit during the booking process. Some services require partial or full payment. Deposit payments made before the service are used a part payment, and clients are required to pay the balance after the service is received. If a cancellation or rescheduling is not made before 24 hours leading up to the scheduled appointment, the deposit becomes non-refundable, and a new deposit will be required to book a new appointment. All payments are due in full before or immediately after the scheduled appointment. Exceptions, credits or tabs do not apply in this regard and will not be extended.

Services are offered by Sohmaz at the following physical location:
Salons By JC, Suite #: 23, Coral Square Mall, 9399 W Atlantic Boulevard, Coral Springs, Florida 33071.
Mobile services are offered at alternate locations such a job sites, homes of repeat clients, community centers, parks, etc., with the appropriate booking and permits as required.
By using this website and accessing the services that Sohmaz has to offer you (user/client) agree to all the terms and policies mentioned herein.

Rest assured that we hold ourselves to the highest standards of ethics, and we require the same from those we serve. As a result, clients are expected to respect and uphold the following standards of ethics:

Privacy Policy
Every client is important to the longevity of the Sohmaz experience, and the preservation of exceptional service which includes preserving your privacy. Confidentiality and safety are high on our priority list. Bearing in mind that Sohmaz uses a third party application to process payments and manage client appointments, only information necessary to provide and manage services to clients will be required. Any information deemed necessary for booking appointments and membership will be used solely for those purposes. A client who signs up to receive updates with an email address is likely to receive weekly or monthly email messages from Sohmaz based on the regularity of your appointments, and your treatment preference or requirements. No information will be used for purposes that violate the privacy of clients. If a client experiences any loss due to violation of privacy, that results from using this website or doing business with Sohmaz, the client agrees to enter into arbitration, as specified by Sohmaz and its associates, to find an agreeable solution. By using this platform, clients agree to this policy and render Sohmaz blameless for any loss of privacy, related expenses and inconveniences incurred outside of any Sohmaz website, portal or platform.
Cancellation Policy
Sohmaz is a small business that operates as a wellness services provider. In order to maintain continuity and authenticity of our mission to provide customized wellness solutions for our clients, and to maintain the high quality services you expect and deserve, Sohmaz has implemented the following policies:
Deposits
When clients make appointments, a specified deposit, and sometimes full payment, is required to confirm the intent of the client to attend the appointment at the scheduled time. If for any reason a client is unable to attend said appointment, it is the responsibility of the client to cancel or reschedule the appointment at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in the deposit being rendered non-refundable to compensate the therapist for the time, and to offset the expense of the products and arrangements made to accommodate the scheduled appointment. If the appointment is kept, the deposit will be subtracted from the total cost of the service.
Membership
Sohmaz also operates using a membership club model. This means that clients have the option to choose the membership plan that suits their needs, preferences and goals. Clients who join a membership tier, are required to honor any agreement(s) made with Sohmaz and/or third party applications to make yearly or monthly payments. Failure to make membership payments on time will result in the revocation of all membership privileges until payments are honored as agreed. Any cancellation of membership on the part of the client must be done in writing via email to info@sohmaz.com or by calling 754 333-1809, at least 1 week prior to the said client's next appointment. Sohmaz reserves the right to terminate any membership of any client who violates the Sohmaz Standards of Client Ethics.
Refund
Clients are required to make a deposit upon booking an appointment or requesting a membership plan. Failure to attend the booked appointment, or to cancel before the 24-hour cancellation deadline, will result in the deposit being non-refundable. If the client chooses to make a new appointment, the previous deposit will not be available, and the client will be required to make a new deposit. In the case of membership, clients who become members are required to fulfill their membership agreements and make all payments on time, preferably before services begin at their first appointment. If, for any reason, a client decides to cancel their yearly membership, the client must do so at least one week prior to their next appointment to get a full refund, five days to get a 80%, and three days to get a 60%, and 24-hours to get a 50% refund of the balance of the total membership fee paid. If the client paid weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, no refund will be given after the 24-hour cancellation deadline.
Sohmaz reserved the right to update or change these policies, and to update clients of any changes via email.
